Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits, and inline with your nipples.

Waist

Wrap the measuring tape around your natural waist, which is usually the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually the largest part of your butt, above your thighs.

Shoulders

Wrap the measuring tape around the top of your spine, from the tip of one shoulder to the other, following your back's natural curve.

Sleeves

Bend arm with hand resting on hip. Measure sleeve length from prominent center back neck bone. Over elbow to wrist.

Head Circumference

Wrap measuring tape around head above ears where hat would sit
